In My Mailbox Take 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I know this is pretty darn early (it's mostly a Sunday thing, I know!) but I won't have Internet access for a few days (my computer has a freaking virus) so I won't be able to update until Monday or so. That's why I'm doing this post a little early though you will definitely enjoy it. I got about 14 books this week! Yay! Enjoy my avid book readers.

Yep, this is what I bought with twenty five dollars or so with my lost yet found Barnes and Noble card. They're awesome!

Cinder (Lunar Chronicles, #1) Cinder
Cinder by Marissa Meyer
Humans and androids crowd the raucous streets of New Beijing. A deadly plague ravages the population. From space, a ruthless lunar people watch, waiting to make their move. No one knows that Earth’s fate hinges on one girl. . . .

Cinder, a gifted mechanic, is a cyborg. She’s a second-class citizen with a mysterious past, reviled by her stepmother and blamed for her stepsister’s illness. But when her life becomes intertwined with the handsome Prince Kai’s, she suddenly finds herself at the center of an intergalactic struggle, and a forbidden attraction. Caught between duty and freedom, loyalty and betrayal, she must uncover secrets about her past in order to protect her world’s future.

In this thrilling debut young adult novel, the first of a quartet, Marissa Meyer introduces readers to an unforgettable heroine and a masterfully crafted new world that’s enthralling.

Under the Never Sky Under the Never Sky (Under the Never Sky, #1) Gebannt. Unter fremdem Himmel
Under the Never sky by Veronica Rossi
Aria is a teenager in the enclosed city of Reverie. Like all Dwellers, she spends her time with friends in virtual environments, called Realms, accessed through an eyepiece called a Smarteye. The outside world is known as The Death Shop, with danger in every direction.

As an Outsider, Perry has always known hunger, vicious predators, and violent energy storms from the swirling electrified atmosphere called the Aether. A bit of an outcast even among his hunting tribe, Perry withstands these daily tests with his exceptional abilities, as he is gifted with powerful senses that enable him to scent danger, food and even human emotions.

They come together reluctantly, for Aria must depend on Perry, whom she considers a barbarian, to help her get back to Reverie, while Perry needs Aria to help unravel the mystery of his beloved nephew’s abduction by the Dwellers. Together they embark on a journey challenged as much by their prejudices as by encounters with cannibals and wolves. But to their surprise, Aria and Perry forge an unlikely love - one that will forever change the fate of all who live UNDER THE NEVER SKY.

Kiss Me Kill Me (Scarlett Wakefield, #1) Fatale kus
Kiss Me Kill Me by Kauren Henderson
I've been waiting for this book, forever, because I had the rest of the series except this one, the first one, so I kept waiting and waiting until I finally got this one. Yay!
When 16-year-old Scarlett Wakefield transfers from St. Tabby’s to Wakefield Hall Collegiate, she is relieved that no one knows her dark, haunting secret. A few months ago, Scarlett was invited to an elite party with a guest list full of the hottest names in British society, including Dan McAndrew. Before the party, Scarlett had only imagined what it would be like to have her first kiss with Dan, but on the penthouse terrace, Dan leaned in close and she no longer had to wonder. Their kiss was beautiful and perfect and magical, and then . . . Dan McAndrew took his last breath as she held him in her arms. No one knows how or why Dan died, and everyone at St. Tabby’s believes Scarlett had something to do with it. But now that she’s safely hidden away at Wakefield Hall, Scarlett would rather forget that it ever happened. Only she can’t. Especially when she receives an anonymous note that will set her on the path to clearing her name and finding out what really happened to the first and last boy she kissed.
Darkfever (Fever, #1) Darkfever (Fever, #1) Darkfever (Fever, #1) Fièvre noire (Les Chroniques de MacKayla Lane, #1) Anoitecer (Fever, #1) Im Bann des Vampirs (Fever, #1) Fiebre oscura (Fever, #1) Karanlık Ateş (Ateş, #1) Darkfever (Fever, #1) 妖しき悪魔の抱擁 (Fever, #1)
Darkfever (It's an adult book!!!!) by Karen Marie Moning
MacKayla Lane’s life is good. She has great friends, a decent job, and a car that breaks down only every other week or so. In other words, she’s your perfectly ordinary twenty-first-century woman. Or so she thinks…until something extraordinary happens.

When her sister is murdered, leaving a single clue to her death–a cryptic message on Mac’s cell phone–Mac journeys to Ireland in search of answers. The quest to find her sister’s killer draws her into a shadowy realm where nothing is as it seems, where good and evil wear the same treacherously seductive mask. She is soon faced with an even greater challenge: staying alive long enough to learn how to handle a power she had no idea she possessed–a gift that allows her to see beyond the world of man, into the dangerous realm of the Fae….

As Mac delves deeper into the mystery of her sister’s death, her every move is shadowed by the dark, mysterious Jericho, a man with no past and only mockery for a future. As she begins to close in on the truth, the ruthless Vlane–an alpha Fae who makes sex an addiction for human women–closes in on her. And as the boundary between worlds begins to crumble, Mac’s true mission becomes clear: find the elusive Sinsar Dubh before someone else claims the all-powerful Dark Book–because whoever gets to it first holds nothing less than complete control of the very fabric of both worlds in their hands….

Angelfire (Angelfire, #1) Meine Seele gehört dir (Angelfire, #1)
Angelfire by Courtney Allison Moulton
First there are nightmares.
Every night Ellie is haunted by terrifying dreams of monstrous creatures that are hunting her, killing her.

Then come the memories.
When Ellie meets Will, she feels on the verge of remembering something just beyond her grasp. His attention is intense and romantic, and Ellie feels like her soul has known him for centuries. On her seventeenth birthday, on a dark street at midnight, Will awakens Ellie's power, and she knows that she can fight the creatures that stalk her in the grim darkness. Only Will holds the key to Ellie's memories, whole lifetimes of them, and when she looks at him, she can no longer pretend anything was just a dream.

Now she must hunt.
Ellie has power that no one can match, and her role is to hunt and kill the reapers that prey on human souls. But in order to survive the dangerous and ancient battle of the angels and the Fallen, she must also hunt for the secrets of her past lives and truths that may be too frightening to remember.

Soon, Bianca and Lucas are on the run, pursued not only by Black Cross, but by the powerful vampires of Evernight. Yet no matter how far they run, Bianca can't escape her destiny. Bianca and Lucas have always believed their love could survive anything—but can it survive what's to come?

Feast of Fools (The Morganville Vampires, #4) Feast of Fools (The Morganville Vampires, #4) Haus der Vampire 04. Ball der Versuchung Vampire City, Tome 4 : La fête des fous Baile de máscaras (Vampiros de morganville, #4) Maskarada szaleńców (Wampiry z Morganville #4) Ahmaklar Şöleni (Morganville Vampirleri, #4)
Feast of Fools by Rachel Caine
In the town of Morganville, vampires and humans live in relative peace. Student Claire Danvers has never been convinced, though —especially with the arrival of Mr. Bishop, an ancient, old-school vampire who cares nothing about harmony. What he wants from the town’'s living and its dead is unthinkably sinister. It's only at a formal ball, attended by vampires and their human dates, that Claire realizes the elaborately evil trap he's set for Morganville.
Unearthly (Unearthly #1) Unearthly (Unearthly, #1) Unearthly (Unearthly, #1) Celestial Krila anđela (Unearthly, #1)
Unearthly by Cnthia Neely
In the beginning, there's a boy standing in the trees . . . .

Clara Gardner has recently learned that she's part angel. Having angel blood run through her veins not only makes her smarter, stronger, and faster than humans (a word, she realizes, that no longer applies to her), but it means she has a purpose, something she was put on this earth to do. Figuring out what that is, though, isn't easy.
Her visions of a raging forest fire and an alluring stranger lead her to a new school in a new town. When she meets Christian, who turns out to be the boy of her dreams (literally), everything seems to fall into place—and out of place at the same time. Because there's another guy, Tucker, who appeals to Clara's less angelic side.
As Clara tries to find her way in a world she no longer understands, she encounters unseen dangers and choices she never thought she'd have to make—between honesty and deceit, love and duty, good and evil. When the fire from her vision finally ignites, will Clara be ready to face her destiny?
Unearthly is a moving tale of love and fate, and the struggle between following the rules and following your heart.

Shift (Shade, #2) Shift (Shade, #3) Shift
Shift by Jeri Smith-Ready
Aura’s life is anything but easy. Her boyfriend, Logan, died, and his slides between ghost and shade have left her reeling. Aura knows he needs her now more than ever. She loves Logan, but she can’t deny her connection with the totally supportive, totally gorgeous Zachary. And she’s not sure that she wants to.
Logan and Zachary will fight to be the one by her side, but Aura needs them both to uncover the mystery of her past—the mystery of the Shift.
As Aura’s search uncovers new truths, she must decide whom to trust with her secrets…and her heart.
Jessica Rules the Dark Side (Jessica, #2) Comment sauver un vampire amoureux The dark sides (Promessi vampiri, #2)
Jessica Rules the Dark Side by Beth Fantaskey
It’s one thing to find out you’re a vampire princess. It’s a whole other thing to actually rule. Newly married Jessica Packwood is having a hard enough time feeling regal with her husband, Lucius, at her side. But when evidence in the murder of a powerful elder points to Lucius, sending him into solitary confinement, Jessica is suddenly on her own. Determined to clear her husband’s name, Jessica launches into a full-scale investigation, but hallucinations and nightmares of betrayal keep getting in her way. Jessica knows that with no blood to drink, Lucius’s time is running out. Can she figure out who the real killer is—and whom she can trust—before it’s too late?
Eyes Of Crow (Aspect of Crow, #1) Im Zeichen der Krähe 1: Die Seelenwächterin La Messagere des Deux Mondes
Eyes of Crow (It's an adult book!!!) by Jeri Smith-Ready
In a society where everyone has a totem animal and some sort of related magical ability, Rhia is connected with the Spirit of Crow, which gives her the terrifying power to not only see the intimate details of a person's death but also help their passage to the Other Side. But afraid to fully embrace her dark gift, it takes the tragic death of her mother to propel her towards her vocation -- and a future that includes hateful fanaticism, carnage and a looming all-out war.

Heavily inspired by shamanistic philosophy -- power animals, animal spirit guides, etc. -- it's no surprise that the Maryland-based author (and somehow, appropriately enough, Baltimore Ravens fan) is an avid animal lover, even fostering shelter dogs until they can be adopted. Bearing that in mind, any fantasy fan who enjoys novels strongly influenced by mythology and folklore (books written by Cecilia Dart-Thornton, Patricia A. McKillip, Juliet Marillier, C. E. Murphy, et al.) will enjoy this genre-blending hybrid, which is much more than just another romantic fantasy. The allegorical use of paganism and animism in particular underscores all-too-timely themes like religious prejudice, intolerance, environmentalism, etc. Like the aforementioned Dart-Thornton's epic Crowthistle Chronicles, Smith-Ready's Eyes of Crow is just the first installment in what could be an entertaining and profoundly moving series. Jean M. Auel meets Mercedes Lackey. Paul Goat Allen

Storm Glass (Glass, #1) Storm Glass (Glass, #1) Storm Glass (Glass, #1)
Storm Glass (It's an adult book!!!) by Maria V. Snyder
As a glassmaker and a magician-in-training, Opal Cowen understands trial by fire. Now it's time to test her mettle. Someone has sabotaged the Stormdancer clan's glass orbs, killing their most powerful magicians. The Stormdancers—particularly the mysterious and mercurial Kade—require Opal's unique talents to prevent it happening again. But when the mission goes awry, Opal must tap in to a new kind of magic as stunningly potent as it is frightening. And the further she delves into the intrigue behind the glass and magic, the more distorted things appear. With lives hanging in the balance—including her own—Opal must control powers she hadn't known she possessed…powers that might lead to disaster beyond anything she's ever known.
